Delete Your Mindberg Account
You can delete your Mindberg account at any time, in two ways:
In the app (fastest): Go to Settings → Delete profile. Deletion is immediate.
By email: Send a request to info@mindberg.org from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We need the request to come from your account email so we can verify you own the account. We process email requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted: Your user record is anonymized — your email address, name, age, and other identifying information are removed and cannot be recovered.
What we retain: As described in our Privacy Policy, anonymized assessment responses and security logs are retained to preserve research integrity and keep the App secure. These are no longer linked to you.
