Enneberg (“the App”) is operated by Mindberg doo, Hadži-Prodanova 18, Belgrade, Serbia. This policy explains what information the App handles and the choices you have. Questions: info@mindberg.org.
01. Information We Handle
- Account. If you choose to create an account, we receive a sign-in identifier from your sign-in provider and, where you allow it, your name and email address. An account is optional; the App works without one.
- Content you create. Your assessment answers, results, journal entries and practice progress are stored on your device. They are not sent to us unless a feature you turn on requires it.
- Research answers. If you leave answer-sharing on, assessment responses are sent without your name or account, under a random identifier, to help improve the assessment. You can turn this off, and delete what was shared, at any time in Settings.
- Purchases. If you subscribe, our payment partner processes the transaction and tells us your subscription status. We never receive your card details.
- Diagnostics and usage. The App collects anonymous crash and performance reports and aggregate usage measurements to keep it stable and to understand which features are used. These are not linked to your identity and are not used to track you.
02. How We Use Information
To provide and secure the App, to run the features you use, to process subscriptions, to fix problems, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, we do not show third-party advertising inside the App, and we do not use your private content for advertising.
03. Who Receives Information
We rely on service providers to run the App — infrastructure, payment processing, crash reporting and analytics. They act on our instructions and only for the purposes above. Some may operate outside Serbia and the EEA, with appropriate safeguards. We also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
04. Managing and Deleting Your Information
The content you create lives on your device; removing the App, or using Reset in Settings, clears it. If you created an account, you can delete it from Settings — this removes the account from our systems. Shared research answers can be deleted separately in Settings. Some records may be retained briefly in backups or where the law requires.
05. Data Retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the App and to meet legal obligations, and delete or anonymize them afterward. Anonymous diagnostic and usage records are kept only as long as useful.
06. Children
The App is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
07. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data-protection authority. To exercise them, contact info@mindberg.org.
08. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and data minimization to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09. Changes
We may update this policy; we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
