Dragomir is the founder of the mindberg project that is focused on improving and maintaining psychological wellbeing through depth psychology, executive coaching, and ancient philosophy.
He provides live and remote Jungian psychotherapy and Analytical coaching sessions.
He has degrees in analytical psychology, psychotherapy, dream analysis, executive coaching, and law. His distinct approach to human growth stems from the synergy of such diverse knowledge and practice.
At the C. G. Jung Institute Zurich, he works as a lecturer and an examiner for the following courses: Fundamentals of Analytical Psychology, Comparative Developmental Psychology, Depth Psychology of Adult Dreams, and The Individuation Process and its Symbols.
At the Sigmund Freud University Vienna, he works on his doctoral research project “The relevance of the Puer Aeternus and Senex archetypes in Jungian psychotherapy”.
At Karanovic/Partners, a leading law practice in southeast Europe, he works as a senior director in charge of coaching, mediation, mentorship, internal communication, and people management.
Earlier in his career, he was a lawyer and a partner leading a team of intellectual property lawyers.
